Blogging up one of the coolest shoots I’ve photographed! I took the time to create and put together this session and project dedicated to both my Mom and Dad. From the outfits Paige is wearing to the locations that I chose to help represent and bring the outfits to life in the storyline. And with Valentines Day coming up it is the PERFECT timing to share.

CINEMA: The first two outfits and location. My Dad, shared stories with me about the times he used to grab a ride to head to the movies and how those were some of his favorite memories growing up. So, I wanted to pay tribute to that— He loved the Cinema, and he loved reading old western books. Although I never asked, I always imagined these colors in that era. Paige is acting as my Dad in his youth days. My Dad used to wear a vest with long leather tassels, and I tried to find something that resembled that in my imagination. My Dad always wore a Denim on Denim, and the reason why I chose the blocked patch denim on Paige! The Bee around her neck is a symbol for my Mom and how much Dad and I miss her! <3
